Church Health Survey^®
The Church Health Survey^® is a diagnostic assessment that surveys a congregation’s health. The survey is taken by 15% of the adult population of the church or 30 people, whichever is greater. The results are sent directly back to the pastor and church leaders for their analysis. The results give amazing insight into the state of church health in six key areas. 

Comprehensive Church Consultation
A Comprehensive Church Consultation involves initial information gathering combined with a weekend visit from a consultant. 

Full Strategic Planning Consultation
A Full Strategic Planning Consultation gives churches consultation assistance in developing a three to five year strategic plan. This process can take up to a year or longer.

Conflict Mediation

We believe it’s imperative to have a successful small group and/or Sunday School ministry to accomplish the discipleship and fellowship mandates of Scripture. This assessment involves analyzing the vision, structure, leadership training and operations of your small group or Sunday School ministry to ensure maximum effectiveness. Outreach Assessment
It is estimated that only 5% of all church growth in America is “conversion” growth (growth resulting from people coming to know Christ). The rest of church growth is “transfer” growth—Christians changing from one church to another. We can and must do better. The church’s main mission is not to conduct great worship services or Bible studies. It is—like Jesus’ main mission—to seek and save those who are lost.

How can we use this building and property in the most cost-efficient way? This assessment analyzes all facets of your current site and facility and gives you fresh, new ideas to use them to their fullest. We also give you guidelines for when to build or move and provide you with options so you may not  have to do either. Church Office and Administration Assessment
This assessment analyzes systems of structure and administration to ensure organization and efficiency. Areas covered include: organizational flow chart, staffing needs, job descriptions and boundaries, performance appraisals, frequency and lines of communication, staff meetings, recorded minutes, organized filing methods, procurement and purchasing. To protect the integrity of the church or ministry, donor contributions must be processed in a God-honoring way. The truth is, there is a right way and a wrong way to process offerings. This assessment analyzes and improves the donor/contribution process and ensures the necessary safeguards.
