The Comprehensive Church Consultation combines data analysis of the Church Health Survey^® with an on-site weekend visit. Coupling survey analysis and a visit is a winning combination and allows for a much deeper evaluation of the church. As a result, you have a much more specific action plan that can be developed with your Pinnacle church consultant.

A Comprehensive Church Consultation is composed of five main parts: initial contact, survey/data collecting, analysis, church visit, and a written report. 

The process looks like this:

Weekend Schedule:
Friday afternoon and evening: Survey community and facility
Saturday: Interview pastors, staff, leaders, and lay people
Sunday morning: Attend worship service
Sunday afternoon: Compose oral report
Sunday late afternoon or early evening: Present oral report to pastor and church leaders

Within 30 days, the church receives an extensive written report. This exhaustive report identifies strengths, weaknesses and provides a full action plan for each area of improvement.

Fee:
